Send the support reference shown in the tool with the email you ordered with. Your code comes back by email, usually the same working day.

Your email app should now be open with everything filled in. Press send and your unlock code will follow, usually the same working day. Then in Excel: Strata › Licence › Activate.
What is a support reference, and what happens next
- The support reference is a short code Strata Pro works out from this PC. It holds no personal information, and it gives us no access to your computer or your files. It only lets your unlock code work here and nowhere else.
- We email your code back, usually the same working day. In Excel, click Licence › Activate, enter your order email and paste the code. The evaluation watermark disappears.
- Changing PC? Click Licence › Deactivate on the old one first. Strata Pro stops working there and gives you a release code; send it here with the new support reference. One free transfer a year is included.
